Please consider the prices shown as guidelines. We resolve to stay as close to the price list as possible, however we also try to make our projects as cheap as possible for our clients without compromising on quality in any way. With this being stated, every project is different and comes with its' own factors such as the condition of the floor and the finish on the floor as we find it. This means that each project will be quoted on its' own characteristics and features.

We use the most up to date and modern machines and materials exclusively from PALLMANN, BONA, JUNCKERS and other top brands in the industry.

Our floor sanding and stone floor cleaning services are available in all areas in the North-west without any additional travel fees, including: Manchester, Preston, Liverpool, Lancaster, Blackpool, Chorley, Blackburn, Bolton, St Helens, Warrington, Wigan, Chester, Burnley, Kendall and surrounding areas in the North-west. Please note we are able to travel nation-wide to meet your wood and stone floor needs, however, this is likely to come with additional travel fees.
